• Username (⚠️ Important: Your username is public on the leaderboard. We strongly suggest you create a username that doesn't include your real name.)

• Location Data: We may collect your device's general location (e.g., country) to help with security and analytics. You can turn off location services in your device settings, but some features might not work as well.
• Push Notifications: We may ask for permission to send you notifications about your account or app features. You can always turn these off in your device's settings.

Social Media Logins

You have the option to sign up using a social media account, like Google. If you do, we'll receive some basic profile information from that provider, such as your name and email address. We only use this to create your account. We don't control how these social media companies use your data, so we recommend checking their privacy policies.

Our Services include optional rewarded advertisements, which you can choose to watch to earn in-game benefits. Watching these ads is entirely up to you and is available to all users at any time.

We partner with Google AdMob to provide these advertisements. To protect your privacy, we have configured our settings to ensure that all ads you see are non-personalized.

This means the ads are based on contextual information, like the content of our app or your general location, and not on your personal data, search history, or past activity.

By choosing to watch a rewarded ad, you acknowledge our use of Google AdMob to provide non-personalized advertising.

In-App Purchases

When you make an In-App Purchase, the transaction is processed by a third-party app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation from the app store that a purchase has been made, which allows us to unlock the relevant features in your account.

Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important to us. Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use our Services.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian, you can delete your child's account at any time directly through the account settings menu in the app. If you believe your child has provided us with information without your consent or if you need assistance, please contact us using the details provided in the "How to Contact Us" section below.

You have rights over your personal information, no matter where you live.

• Delete Your Account and Data: You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can do this directly through the account settings menu within the Numblie app. This action is permanent and will remove your data from our active databases. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you may use this function to delete your child's account.

Data Safety and Retention

How We Keep Your Information Safe

We use a combination of technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, no online service is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, the transmission of information online is at your own risk. We recommend you only access our services from a secure device and network.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your personal information only for as long as you have an account with us. When you close your account, or if we no longer need the data for business purposes, we will delete or anonymize it.

• Third-Party Links: Our app may contain links to other websites or services. This policy does not cover them, and we aren't responsible for their privacy practices. Always check their policies before sharing your data.

• "Do Not Track" Signals: Most web browsers have a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. As there is no industry standard for this yet, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
